TWLP2030_Transforming Women’s Leadership Pathways

The Transforming Women’s Leadership Pathways program began to shift the dial on women’s equity, and to broaden pathways to leadership for women by 2030.

The program began with a pioneering digital event in October 2020, which brought together over 100 opinion-shaping contributors to examine the evidence on the critical factors that limit women’s pathways to senior leadership in their fields. The outcome was 10 action plans that articulate actions Government, Universities, and Industry must take to close the leadership gender gap.

While the program focuses on creating change and implementing the action plan recommendations across the 10 areas specifically, our work extends to all areas of work where women are impacted by the gender leadership gap.

As an alliance of universities with a commitment to gender equity and equality, we recognise the strength of combining our research institutions to contribute to this challenge with evidence-based solutions.
